Returns and Cancellations Policy
In most cases, you have 14 days to return an item for a full refund.
All returns must be shipped to the following address. When returning any items, please include your order number so we are able to process your return.

Order cancellations.
If the product is undamaged, completely unopened and unused in the original wrapping exactly as received, then you may return the item as unwanted for up to 14 days.
You are responsible for any postage costs and ensuring the item reaches us in the same condition as it was delivered to you.
Please note that if we deem the item to not be in the same condition as when we dispatched it, we withhold the right to deduct 50% from the refund cost or refuse the return outright.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will be processed within 21 days after confirming receipt of the returned items.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you have received a faulty or damaged item you must contact us via email and inform us within 30 days of receiving the order. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to you. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints or include suitable charges for problems raised after this 30 day period.
In the event that a particular card is damaged inside a pack, we will only be able to replace the booster pack as being faulty (the product purchased) and not the cards inside. In the rare event, this happens to you, you could benefit by contacting the manufacturer first for a replacement card, but note they have no responsibilities to do so.

Pre-order cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund up until the order has been dispatched, which is usually one day before the official release date If a pre-order product has fallen in price since you ordered it, we can refund you the difference, so you get a fair price. This applies up to the point the order is dispatched.
Pre-Orders that have been paid for that are cancelled by the customer will be subject to a 5% restock/cancellation fee at our discretion.
Quality Guarantee
We, at Grey Cards Ltd. strive to provide quality products. All products we sell are guaranteed to be genuine and authentic. All sealed products will be in near-mint condition unless otherwise stated. Single cards will be pack fresh unless otherwise stated. Please note some pack fresh cards can have minor damage incurred during the manufacturing and packaging processes.
